Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next move? Our clients are a long-established, firm with a big focus on doing things properly — no shortcuts, no cutting corners, just genuine care for our landlords and tenants.
We’re now looking for someone with at least 5 years’ solid experience in residential property management to join their friendly team in Coventry.
What you’ll be doing
- Looking after a portfolio of managed properties across Coventry and the surrounding areas
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and safety checks with trusted contractors
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, keeping them updated and reassured
- Carrying out inspections, renewals and check-outs
- Keeping on top of compliance and legislation (they take this very seriously)
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential property management
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Awareness of upcoming changes, including the Renters Rights Bill, and how they affect landlords and tenants
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload
- Great communication and a natural way with people
- ARLA/Propertymark qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and use of your own car is essential
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
- Every other Saturday, 9.00 am to 12.30 pm
