Commercial Agent – Oxfordshire

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Agent to join our clients dynamic and successful team based in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to develop their career within a respected and growing agency.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding our clients commercial property portfolio. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, conducting valuations, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The position requires excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations and generate new instructions.

Negotiate sales of various commercial properties, including subject-to-planning transactions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service from initial enquiry through to completion.

Develop a self-led client base and actively participate in networking events to promote new business opportunities.

Manage and convert incoming leads into instructions.

Conduct property viewings and support office-based duties such as handling calls and emails.

Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the commercial team.
Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property or related sectors (estate/farm management experience advantageous).

Proven ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed targets.

Strong diary management, timekeeping, and organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High level of IT proficiency and confidence with property management systems.
-
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
