Sales Negotiator – Trowbridge
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 basic | OTE: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: Trowbridge
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a respected and successful estate agency in Trowbridge, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities:

Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties

Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service

Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome

Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Supporting the team with administrative duties and marketing activities
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or estate agency preferred

A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Full UK driving licence and own car
What’s on Offer:

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 – £24,000
