Vacancy: Finance Property Management Manager
Location: South Woodford
Salary £30/35k depending on experience

Our client are a well established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Finance Property Management Manager to join their property management team in South Woodford.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited:

  • Chase Current Rent Arears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
  • Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
  • Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Rent Payments
  • Rent Guarantee Payment – twice a month only – batch payment.
  • Any ad-hoc duties given

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous Property/Accounts Management experience
  • Credit control and accounts background
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to priotise workload
  • Work well within a team environment

Monday – Friday
No weekends
