Experienced Property Manager – Gloucester
Salary: £26,000 basic, OTE £31,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, full time

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our clients dynamic and friendly team in Gloucester. If you have a passion for property, excellent customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenants and landlords receive an exceptional level of service.
Your duties will include:

Overseeing day-to-day property management tasks

Handling maintenance requests and coordinating contractors

Conducting regular property inspections
-
Managing tenancy renewals and deposit returns

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
About You:

Proven experience in residential property management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office

A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (preferred)
