Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for a new challenge in the estate agency industry? A reputable estate agents in Southampton is seeking a go getting and pro active agent to join their team.
Basic salary up to £30k with OTE £35K+
Parking available.
Every other weekend working.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual looking to make their mark and grow a winning brand. You will be responsible for generating and winning new business and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the whole property sales cycle.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating, nurturing and winning new business, and achieving sales targets within the estate agency sector.
With excellent negotiation and communication skills, you will also have the ability to build strong relationships.
In addition to the advertised numeration package, this role offers a real opportunity for career progression and growth within the branch.
You will have a strong work ethic, with a willingness to self generate business for the office and maximise all opportunities that come your way. Be part of a company that values and rewards hard work and dedication!
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the estate agency industry is required as well as a full UK driving license and your own car to use on appointments.
