🏡 Sales Negotiator (Experienced or Trainee)
Location: Witney
Salary: ÂŁ25,000 basic + commission (OTE ÂŁ35,000)
Hours: Full time, 1 in 3 Saturdays

We’re looking for a motivated and professional Sales negotiator to join our clients well-established, independent estate agency in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a respected local brand that values quality service, teamwork, and long-term client relationships.
About the Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of our business – building rapport with buyers and sellers, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating successful sales. Whether you’re an experienced negotiator or a trainee looking for a career in property, our client will provide full support and training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties

Conducting property viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism

Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion

Maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues

Delivering first-class customer service at every stage of the process
About You

Confident, articulate, and customer-focused

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Driven by results with a proactive attitude

Full UK driving licence and own car

Previous estate agency or sales experience beneficial but not essential
