Assistant Lettings Manager – Stratford-upon-Avon
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Lettings Manager to join a successful lettings team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Managing a portfolio of around 350 properties with an average of 12 move-ins per month, this role offers the chance to support ongoing growth while developing your leadership skills.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive business performance. This position is ideal for someone with lettings experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in leading the team to achieve monthly targets and deliver exceptional results

Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors

Conduct market appraisals, negotiate fees, and secure new instructions

Manage the lettings process from viewing to move-in, ensuring full compliance

Support business growth through effective communication and team collaboration
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in lettings (senior negotiator or valuer level preferred)

Strong understanding of lettings legislation and landlord/tenant law

Confident conducting market appraisals and winning new business

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards it)

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
