Are you an experienced senior property manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee a large residential portfolio in Exeter, while leading and supporting a small team including a Property Manager and Lettings Negotiator with salary up to £35,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse residential property portfolio across Exeter and surrounding areas.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Property Manager and Lettings Negotiator to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations including maintenance, compliance, tenancy issues, and inspections.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all properties meet legal and safety standards.
- Handle escalated tenant queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage property management compliance
About You:
- Proven experience in residential property management with at least 3 years property management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance.
- ARLA qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.

Excellent working hours and holidays:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One in three Saturdays 9:00AM – 1:00PM
- Holiday allowance of 33 days including bank holidays
