Experienced Lettings Property Manager required for highly sought after, up market Taunton independent agent with an excellent reputation as an employer.
This role would ideally suit someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys working as part of team, problem solving and is keen to learn within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property with the ideal candidate being proactive, well-organised, computer-literate and able to work on their own initiative.
As a Lettings Property Manager, this varied role will involve all aspects of property management connected to residential letting, from property visits, inventories, undertaking checkout inspections and deposit negotiation, management of repairs and contractors. Your aim will be to ensure an excellent level of communication maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.
Essential Skills for the Lettings Property Manager role include:
- At least two years property management experience and experience of dealing with the general public in face-to-face customer service role
- A friendly and mature mannered person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants and has excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Polished and well presented
- Ability to work closely with a team and individually to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
- Strong organisational Skills
- Driven and a real desire to succeed
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Genuine interest in property and people
- Enjoy an extremely fast paced and high-volume workload
Experience/Qualifications required:
- Previous property management experience essential
- Membership of ARLA desirable but not essential
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
Competitive salary of £27-30,000 plus benefits and mileage allowance. You must have your own car.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm & Saturdays 9am – 1pm on a rota.
