Are you an experienced Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator ready to take the next step in your career?

The Role
- Conducting accurate and professional property valuations
- Winning new instructions and growing market share
- Building lasting relationships with vendors and local homeowners
- Creating strong marketing campaigns and listing presentations
- Working closely with the branch team to ensure sales targets are met
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Confident, well-presented, and professional in all client interactions
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about property
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area and housing market
