We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Prospector to join our dynamic team in the Black Country. This is a key position supporting both sales and lettings activity — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys building relationships while driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits
- Carry out property visits on rental homes, complete reports, and liaise with landlords
- Proactively call valuations — past, current, and new leads
- Maintain accurate records and manage property listings via in-house systems
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and renting process
- Stay up to date with local market trends and property values
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Ideally experienced in sales or property negotiation (though training will be provided)
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator — professional, personable, and proactive
- Competent with admin systems and comfortable handling data accurately
- Driven, enthusiastic, and eager to progress your career in property
