A highly respected and innovative lettings agency is seeking an experienced, methodical and compliant Property Manager to work in their branch in Poole.
Full Time Position
£30k – £35k salary – 1 in 4 weekend working
Forward thinking team
Working within a small supportive team, the main responsibilities of the role mainly include:
- Handling and supporting maintenance enquiries.
- Property Inspections.
- Ensuring portfolio compliance.
- Updating systems.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants on maintenance issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Working with contractors.
- Inventories & Check Outs.
You will be working in a friendly office based team and be comfortable using your years of experience in the property field to support and co-ordinate a portfolio that has come to expect and appreciate high levels of personal service in the role at all times.
Property Manager skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Up to date with current property legislation
- Resolution savvy
- Solid co-ordination skills
- Able to prioritise and juggle workloads
- Service driven
