Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Oxford
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Friday 8:30- 4:00pm
Saturday 9am – 12pm
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic estate agency team, playing a pivotal role in driving residential sales and delivering exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident negotiator with a proven track record to step into a senior position and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, from instruction to completion
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions through persuasive, professional presentations
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, offering expert guidance throughout the sales process
- Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress sales smoothly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the branch
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential sales, ideally in a negotiator or senior negotiator role
- Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
