Key Responsibilities:

Registering and qualifying new applicants

Booking and conducting property viewings

Liaising with landlords and tenants

Negotiating offers and closing lettings deals

Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documents

Managing tenancy renewals and check-ins

Providing excellent customer service at every stage
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in lettings or a customer-facing sales role (preferred but not essential)

A professional and confident telephone manner

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
