Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Worthing
Salary: £25 – £28k basic with an OTE of up to £35k – £40k

We’re seeking a confident, driven, and personable Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings professional ready to take the next step, with scope to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and play a pivotal role in growing our lettings portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lettings cycle from initial enquiry to move-in
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct market appraisals and secure quality instructions
- Negotiate tenancy terms and ensure smooth progression of deals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring long-term relationships
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
- Strong local market knowledge and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
