Full-Time Lettings Property Manager – Devizes
Location: Devizes
Hours: Full Time (including 1 in 5 Saturday mornings)
Salary: Competitive – according to experience £28-32,000
Our client are seeking an organised, proactive Lettings Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team in Devizes. This is a full-time position managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of managed properties

Handle maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and landlords

Conduct routine property inspections, check-ins and check-outs

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times

Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently
About You:

Previous property management or lettings experience is highly desirable

Excellent administrative and organisational skills

Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

Able to multi-task and prioritise in a busy working environment
