What you’ll be doing:

Carrying out market appraisals and valuations

Winning new instructions and nurturing landlord relationships

Registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings

Negotiating offers and progressing lets

Actively generating leads through canvassing and marketing

Driving the lettings pipeline from start to finish

Promoting a full range of lettings services with confidence and professionalism
Who we’re looking for:
You’re already experienced in lettings, hungry to succeed, and ready to step up. You’re confident with valuations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring that mix of sales instinct and customer focus that sets top agents apart.
Full UK driving licence
