A well-established and fast-growing estate agency, currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Negotiator / Valuer to join their expanding team in Gateshead.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting accurate and confident property valuations

Negotiating sales and progressing deals to completion

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and buyers

Working to and exceeding performance targets

Adapting quickly to change in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as an estate agent, ideally in a Senior Negotiator or Valuer role

A strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High levels of self-motivation and a proactive, can-do attitude

A willingness to grow with the business and take on new challenges
