Sales Negotiator – Witney, Oxfordshire
Basic Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
On Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 – £40,000
Are you a motivated and confident communicator with a passion for property and people?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our clients friendly and successful team in Witney.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the business – building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, managing the sales process from start to finish, and helping clients achieve their property goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Registering and qualifying buyers

Conducting property viewings

Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion

Providing outstanding customer service at every stage

Supporting the team with marketing, valuations, and general office duties
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Driven, enthusiastic, and professional

Confident communicating both in person and over the phone

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Ideally experienced in estate agency (though strong sales backgrounds will be considered)

A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential
