Lettings Coordinator – Trowbridge
Location: Trowbridge
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for property? Our client is looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join their friendly team in Trowbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to the lettings team.

Maintain up-to-date property files, databases, and software systems.

Arrange and track safety certificates (e.g. gas, electrical, EPC) to ensure all properties remain compliant.

Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs.

Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.

Arrange quarterly property visits and issue completed reports to tenants.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all lettings administration meets current legislation and company standards.
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in administration or a similar property role preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
