Our client is a dynamic and growing property management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and investors. With a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Exeter and surrounding areas they are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio and are offering a basic salary up to £30,000.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled in problem-solving, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and properties
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Help prepare tenancy agreements, notices, and other legal documentation as required
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
- Maintain accurate records and property management systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations
- Carry out property visits
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Ideally knowledge of tenancy laws and property regulations however training can be given
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Proficiency in a CRM system
- Full UK driving licence

Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9-1pm.
