Lettings Property Manager, Nottingham

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Nottingham area

Organising and conducting routine property inspections

Scheduling safety checks in line with current legislation and arranging any required remedial works

Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Responding promptly to maintenance issues, including urgent repairs and health & safety concerns

Handling tenancy renewals, rent collection, and chasing late payments
-
Managing end-of-tenancy processes, including check-outs and liaising with utility companies and internal departments
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll be proactive, highly organised, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will:

Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
