Lettings Negotiator.
Multi-Branch Independent Estate Agency

Are you an ambitious and driven Lettings Negotiator looking to join a highly regarded, multi-branch independent? This established agency is seeking a motivated individual to strengthen their busy team in The Black Country.

The Role:
 

  • Registering and qualifying tenants
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating lets
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Supporting the branch team with day-to-day lettings activity
  • Ensuring a high level of customer care at all times

The Person:
 

  • Experience in lettings or estate agency preferred (negotiator level and above)
  • Well-presented, articulate and professional
  • Target-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence essential
