Job Title: Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About Us:
My client are a busy, independent estate agency with a growing reputation – and thanks to a surge in business levels, we’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Consultant to join their team.
The Role:
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out and about winning instructions, showing off properties, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through their sales journey. If you’re competitive, thrive on hitting targets, and love building relationships, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new instructions and building lasting client relationships
- Conducting viewings and negotiating sales to close deals
- Carrying out ad-hoc market appraisals (valuation experience a big plus!)
- Delivering excellent service to both buyers and sellers
- Keeping up to date with the local property market and spotting opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Previous property sales experience is a must
- A proven ability to generate and win new business
- Access to your own vehicle and a valid driving licence
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a hunger for success
- Valuation experience would be an advantage, but not essential
