Branch Manager – Estate Agency
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + Commission & Bonuses

About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, motivating a talented team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll have the autonomy to grow the branch while working with the backing of a respected brand.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop the branch team to achieve targets and KPIs

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance and professionalism

Drive new business opportunities in sales.

Deliver outstanding service to clients, vendors and applicants

Represent the company in the local community and build lasting relationships
About You

Proven track record in estate agency at management or senior level

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others

Excellent knowledge of the Worcester property market (advantageous)

Commercially aware, target-driven and highly motivated

Professional, customer-focused and proactive approach
