Senior Branch Manager
Location: West Sussex
Salary: £31,000 per annum + Company Car/Car Allowance up to £4,000
On Target Earnings: £60,000–£70,000
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to lead their well-established team in Chichester.
Role Overview:
As Senior Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the branch’s performance—driving profitability, enhancing client experience, and leading by example. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch while motivating a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch profitability through effective leadership and business development
- Inspire and lead your team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration
- Conduct property valuations and support vendors throughout the selling process
- Strengthen market presence by becoming the trusted local property expert
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
