Residential Valuer – Burton-on-Trent
Are you an experienced Valuer or Senior Negotiator looking for your next step?
We’re working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in Burton-on-Trent who are seeking a confident, driven professional to join their successful team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out market appraisals and converting instructions across a range of residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy patch with a strong reputation for service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and well-researched property valuations
- Build rapport with vendors and prospective clients to win instructions
- Advise on pricing, marketing strategy and presentation
- Negotiate terms and offers to secure the best outcomes for all parties
- Maintain a strong pipeline of business through proactive canvassing and follow-up
- Keep up-to-date with local market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Proven success as a Valuer, Senior Negotiator or Lister in residential estate agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a positive, energetic approach
- Smart, professional and customer-service orientated
- Local knowledge of Burton-on-Trent and surrounding areas is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
