Trainee Sales Negotiator
Our client is looking for a confident and highly motivated person to join their established Sales team and make a positive impact at their busy branch in Sheffield.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given to enhance your career, as you develop in all the aspects of the Estate Agency Sales Model, including Sales Negotiation /Administration and Sales Progression.
This is a well-known, highly regarded estate agency who are very well established with multiple branches. The position is a platform for developing your career with a market leader.

Your tasks:
- Handling inquiries via telephone, email and face to face
- Accurately Completing admin checklists
- Carrying out on market sales management
- Understanding customer needs to generate leads
- Managing a buyer and seller database effectively
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Gaining key feedback, generating offers and negotiating sales
- Achieving monthly sales and referral targets
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Have excellent IT and written/verbal communication
- Have use of own vehicle
You will already be a great communicator and can pay attention to detail and also be-able to engage and influence customers by building relationships and exceeding their expectations on their journey.

Package on offer:
Basic £22,000 Realistic OTE £26,000 plus
The successful candidate can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and listings There is also a monthly office targets bonus for hitting targets on Valuations.
Hours:
The office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
9am-12:30pm Saturday (1 in 2)
