About the Role:
We’re looking for Lettings Property Managers and Lettings Negotiators with solid experience in the lettings industry. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, handling day-to-day enquiries, managing maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
What We’re Looking For:

Recent experience in residential lettings

Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation

Familiarity with the Derby area (preferred)

A proven track record of dealing with property maintenance issues
