This is a great opportunity to join an established firm of Estate Agents in the Cornwall area who require a sales or senior sales negotiator for their Falmouth / Penryn office with on target earnings expected to be in the region of £35-40,000 depending on experience. This is an early stage sales office so a keen interest in business development is essential.
You will be a driven individual with a proactive attitude towards your work and with great team spirit. Already working in the estate agency industry, you will be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service and an ability to meet targets and manage workloads effectively.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is:
- Confident, articulate, and professional in appearance and manner
- Experienced in property sales with a great track record
- Experienced in valuing and take ons including business development as this is a fledgling sales department so heaps of potential to grow the department.
- Technically proficient with computer systems and office software
- A strong communicator and team player
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer care
- A holder of a full UK driving licence and in possession of their own vehicle
Qualifications:
- A great track record in property sales and take ons
- A keen interest in business development within the property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- This is a great role within a friendly office, and the company offers training and career progression to any successful candidate.
- You will need your own car
Our client is looking for someone to start immediately (subject to giving any notice they may have) and the role is full time. Basic salary in the region of £23-28,000 with an on-target earning potential of £35-40,000 pa depending on experience.
