About You:

Proven track record in residential property sales

Strong understanding of the house sales process from instruction to completion

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and thrives in a target-driven environment

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Well-presented, professional, and confident conducting viewings and negotiations
-
A full UK driving licence is essential
Key Responsibilities:

Registering and managing applicants

Booking and conducting property viewings

Negotiating offers and progressing sales

Booking valuations and identifying opportunities for additional services

Maintaining regular client contact and delivering outstanding customer service
