Residential Sales Manager – Eastbourne
Salary: £25,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Eastbourne (must be local)
Driving Licence: Full UK required

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of residential sales in a well-established Eastbourne lettings office. Known locally for lettings, they’re now expanding into residential sales and need a driven, experienced professional to lead the charge.
The Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for all things residential sales. You’ll have full autonomy to shape the sales function, from strategy to execution.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Running your own desk with full independence
- Conducting valuations and viewings
- Managing sales progression from offer to completion
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers, and local contacts
- Driving growth and visibility of the sales side
About You:
Our client is looking for someone who’s not just experienced—but hungry. You’ll need to know the Eastbourne market inside out and be ready to roll up your sleeves.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ residential sales experience
- Strong local knowledge of Eastbourne and surrounding areas
- A full UK driving licence
- A self-starter mindset with serious ambition
- Confidence to build something new and make it thrive
