Sales Negotiator, Sleaford
Are you passionate about property and driven by success? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a well-established, highly regarded Estate Agency at their busy Sleaford branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in the property industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in estate agency (sales or lettings)

Confident, professional, and well-presented

Strong knowledge of the local property market or willingness to learn quickly
-
Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone
-
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude
-
A full UK driving licence is essential
Key Responsibilities:

Arranging and conducting property viewings
-
Booking and following up on market appraisals
-
Providing feedback to vendors and maintaining regular communication
-
Negotiating offers and progressing sales
-
Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties

Handling enquiries and building strong client relationships

Canvassing and generating new business opportunities
