Sales Negotiator, Sleaford

Are you passionate about property and driven by success? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a well-established, highly regarded Estate Agency at their busy Sleaford branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in the property industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in estate agency (sales or lettings)

  • Confident, professional, and well-presented

  • Strong knowledge of the local property market or willingness to learn quickly

  • Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude

  • A full UK driving licence is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings

  • Booking and following up on market appraisals

  • Providing feedback to vendors and maintaining regular communication

  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales

  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties

  • Handling enquiries and building strong client relationships

  • Canvassing and generating new business opportunities
