Lettings Accounts Administrator
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE
Hours: Open to 4 or 5 days per week
Location: Bristol
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator to join a well-established estate agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in property accounts who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process landlord payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage contractor invoices and ensure prompt payment
- Reconcile client accounts and handle any discrepancies
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding account queries
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Support the wider lettings team with administrative duties as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lettings accounts role is essential
- Confident in managing landlord and contractor payments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and personable communication style
