New Homes Advisor (Part-Time), Spalding Areas
Location: On-site
Schedule: Friday to Monday (8:45 AM – 5:30 PM), Weekend Availability Required
Are you passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re currently looking for a confident and motivated New Homes Advisor to join our team, helping prospective buyers find their perfect new home.
This is a part-time position ideal for someone with flexibility during the week and full availability on weekends. You’ll play a key role in managing the sales journey from initial enquiry through to reservation, representing our brand and new build developments with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing and sale of new build homes across assigned developments

Welcome and assist potential buyers with enthusiasm and professionalism

Present property specifications, optional upgrades, and pricing clearly

Guide customers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to reservation

Maintain accurate records and complete essential sales administration

Liaise effectively with developers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in new build property sales (essential)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to build rapport with buyers and manage relationships confidently

Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Access to your own transport or reliable travel to development sites
Working Pattern:

Part-time (Friday to Monday)

Hours typically between 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
