Are you an experienced Sales Progressor or property professional looking for a fresh challenge with a leading estate agency in the heart of Spalding? We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable and fast-paced estate agent who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join their successful team.
About the Role:
As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties to ensure smooth and timely property transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a pipeline of residential property sales

Regularly updating clients and stakeholders on progress

Proactively resolving issues and delays

Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, agents and financial advisors

Ensuring all compliance and legal documentation is complete and accurate

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail

Confident using CRM/property software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and under pressure

A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
