We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, and experienced Mortgage Advisor to become an equal partner in a thriving and well-established estate agency in Witney. Role Overview
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor & Co-Owner, you will work alongside the existing partner to deliver first-class mortgage and protection advice to a steady flow of clients from their established estate agency pipeline. You will play a hands-on role in driving revenue, improving customer experience, and expanding the business’s reach.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and investors.

Drive lead generation from estate agency activity and external networks.

Oversee and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.

Represent the business in the local community and at networking events.

Share in decision-making, operational management, and profit distribution as an equal shareholder.
Requirements

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a mortgage advisor.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in mortgage and protection sales.

Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for the responsibilities of business ownership.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Local knowledge of Witney and surrounding areas desirable.
