Sales Manager – Estate Agency
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £50,000–£60,000

Our thriving client in the heart of Witney is looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead their sales team, deliver exceptional results, and drive growth across their portfolio.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in:

Driving property sales and exceeding targets.

Managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers

Developing and implementing strategies to maximise market share.

Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced estate agency sales professional (minimum 2 years in a similar role).

Confident in leading and inspiring a team.

Skilled at negotiation and closing deals.

Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the Witney and wider Oxfordshire property market.

Driven, organised, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
