Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:45am – 1:00pmJoin Our Dynamic Team and Help Clients Find Their Perfect Home!
Are you passionate about property and driven by delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Senior Sales Negotiator to play a key role in guiding clients through the exciting journey of buying and selling their homes.
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the property sales process—from the first valuation to final completion—ensuring seamless, professional service every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing

Vendor Onboarding: Arrange valuations, explain our services, and secure new instructions with confidence.

Property Listings: Coordinate everything from EPC reports and photography to brochure creation and online publishing.

Marketing: Create and distribute compelling property materials, including window cards, online listings, and newspaper ads.

Applicant Matching: Use your local knowledge to match buyers to properties and build a strong target base.

Client Communication: Regularly update vendors on progress and advise on marketing strategies.

Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing insightful feedback to vendors within 48 hours.

Due Diligence: Carry out background checks and Smart searches for both buyers and sellers.

Negotiation: Manage offers, handle negotiations professionally, and communicate outcomes clearly in writing.

Sales Progression: Lead the sales process—liaising with solicitors, coordinating Memorandums of Sale, and keeping all parties informed.

Completion: Oversee the final stages including key release and invoice processing.

Support Services: Liaise with contractors and introduce clients to our services

Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards in all aspects of your role.

Essential:

Previous experience in estate agency residential sales

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Strong IT and property market knowledge

Professional telephone manner

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Desirable:

Familiarity with the local area and its amenities

National Estate Agency Qualification

Experience using Reapit CRM
