Sales Chaser / Sales Progressor – Mansfield

Are you an experienced Property Sales Progressor or Sales Negotiator looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning independent estate agency based in Mansfield, is looking to expand their successful team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced office, well known for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a strong reputation in the local property market.
The Role:
As a Sales Progressor, you will manage a busy pipeline of sales agreed properties, ensuring each sale moves smoothly through to exchange and completion. You’ll play a vital role in keeping clients informed, solving issues quickly, and liaising with all relevant parties to keep the process on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, contractors, buyers, and vendors

Booking and coordinating surveys and other key appointments

Proactively managing the sales process and resolving any issues that may arise

Keeping all parties fully updated with regular communication and progress reports
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales progression or as a sales negotiator managing your own pipeline

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage multiple tasks

In-depth understanding of the property sales process

Highly organised and capable of working under pressure
