New Homes Negotiator required!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to the sales suite and show home, creating a professional and friendly first impression.
- Guide potential buyers through the features of the development, including the sustainable design and energy-efficient credentials.
- Conduct show home tours, highlighting key selling points and answering questions with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Maintaining a well-presented sales environment.
- Work collaboratively with the New Homes and Creative team to help drive interest and sales.
- Negotiating sales, taking reservations, and progressing sales through to completion.
- Maintaining a target sales rate for the private homes.
- Weekly reporting, including the number of enquiries, viewings, offers, and sales.
- Facilitating weekly build/sales meetings with the Site Manager, ensuring regular build updates are communicated to buyers

- Well-presented, reliable, proactive, and organised.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Negotiation skills with knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Working Hours and Holiday Entitlement
The working week for this role runs from Thursday to Monday inclusive, including Bank Holidays, with the exception of New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. You will receive a total of 25 days’ holiday per year, which includes days in lieu for Bank Holidays worked.
The sales suite and show home must be ready to receive visitors between 10:00am and 5:00pm each day. You will need to allow adequate time before and after these hours to ensure the space is always presented to the highest standard.
