We have a super opportunity in the beautiful Plymouth & Tavistock area for an New Homes sales negotiator working full or part time (3, 4 or 5 days per week – Thursday to Monday) on a three month contract which could well be extended or made permanent after that time, in the New Homes department, working on site, for a long established and highly reputable Estate Agency with an hourly rate of £13-14ph plus commission. Salary could be negotiable for the right person.
Are you an experienced property sales negotiator ideally with some experience of working off plan in or do you have a strong background in sales or hospitality / customer service and seeking this type of role and are you living in the Plymouth/Tavistock area? We have an existing opportunity which can be a little fluid to suit the candidate, and training can be given if you have not done property sales before . Ideally full time Thursday to Monday but part time will also be considered but this will involve working weekends. You would need good IT and admin skills, be well presented, as this is very front-end customer focused and ideally available for a quick start
Salary flexible for the right person but in the region of £13-14ph plus commission, mileage allowance and pension.
