Lettings Manager vacancy within highly sought after Somerset based independent estate and letting agency with super reputation in the industry as a property agent and employer with on target earnings in the mid to uppers £30k region.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least two years’ experience in lettings either as an experienced lettings manager or a senior lettings negotiator seeking a move into a managerial role.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing office systems and compliance to include GDPR regulations
- Registering new tenants and landlords
- Organising and carrying out lettings viewings and valuations
- Passing property management issues to the relevant department
- Some lettings administration
- Business development including working closely with the sales team to gain possible new instructions
The successful candidate must have:
- An ARLA qualification (or progressively working towards Level 3 ARLA)
- Previous lettings experience of at least 2 years
- An outgoing and confident personality
- A driven and pro-active approach to work
- Excellent, highly organised administrative and typing skills
- Efficient approach with an ability to work independently
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Driver’s license / Access to own vehicle

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota. On target earnings in the region of £35-38,000 pa depending on experience plus 23 days holiday + bank holidays, pension & health insurance and the chance to work for a fantastic company with an excellent reputation across the South West.
