Estate Agency – Experienced Sales Negotiator – Woking
Location: Woking
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm (rota basis)
Salary: £20,000–£25,000 basic + OTE up to £50,000
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Experienced Sales Negotiator to join our client’s high-performing team in Woking. If you’ve got 1–2 years’ estate agency experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring confidence and charisma to everything you do—this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, providing accurate and engaging property details
- Highlight key features and upsell property value where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Provide timely updates and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Identify new property listing opportunities through networking and research
- Proactively promote company services and drive lead conversion
- Collaborate with and learn from experienced colleagues to sharpen your sales techniques
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance team performance
- Work alongside the marketing team to help launch campaigns and promote listings effectively
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and completed to deadline
- Keep CRM systems and databases up to date to support smooth sales progression
- Stay informed about property trends, pricing shifts, and the competition in Woking
- Use insights to advise clients confidently and credibly
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience within estate agency
- Confident, articulate, and customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to handle a varied workload in a busy branch setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Woking property market is advantageous
