On behalf of our clients we are seeking a skilled and experienced senior lettings negotiator to join a very busy office in Wembley, London.
The job role will include:
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Carry out valuations and be an ambassador of the Checkmate brand.
Brand and Business Development: Grow market share in core areas and participate in ongoing review meetings with creative ideas/campaigns to run for the Lettings Department to achieve the business objectives including calling/emailing database, canvassing properties and utilising own network.
Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings, including high-quality photographs and descriptions, to attract potential tenants.
Property Administration: Liaise with and collaborate with office support staff to ensure property admin, data and notes are kept updated on our CRM system and that appropriate calls/emails are going out to applicants/landlords.
Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information, answering client questions, and highlighting property features.
Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers between applicants and landlords to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on the London/NW London property market trends, pricing, economic policies and competition to provide informed guidance to clients.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant paperwork and legal documents related to property transactions.
Networking: Actively engage in networking events and build a strong professional network to generate leads and referrals.
To be considered for the role you must have experience in a similar role, access to your own vehicle and live local to the area.
Monday to Friday 9.30 to 18.00
Alt Saturdays 10.0 to 2.0
