Sales Manager – Solihull
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join a well-established estate agency based in their Solihull office. This role is ideal for a mature, focused, and professional individual with a proven track record in estate agency sales and team management.
Role Overview:
- Head up the sales team, supporting and leading them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Work alongside a highly capable valuer already in the office.
- Primarily office-based with the occasional viewing or vendor visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Drive sales performance and meet monthly invoicing targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the sales department.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism are maintained.
- Maintain excellent organisation and administration standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within estate agency sales, ideally at management level.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Mature, focused, and professional approach.
- Confident leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Working Hours
- Five days a week, including every other Saturday (ideally).
