Lettings Property Manager – Mansfield
Are you an experienced Lettings Property Manager looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with an award-winning, highly respected independent estate agency based in Mansfield, known for their strong brand presence and customer-first approach.
This well-established agency is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, proactive and professional individual to join their friendly and driven team.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

Providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants

Handling and resolving maintenance issues promptly
-
Monitoring performance against targets and objectives

Reviewing property inspection reports and check-outs
-
Managing deposit returns in line with current legislation
-
Ensuring properties meet all legal and safety compliance requirements (e.g., Gas Safety Certificates)
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in lettings property management, including maintenance coordination

Up-to-date knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
-
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent organisational skills
-
A full UK driving licence is essential
