🏡 Sales Progressor – Stroud
📅 Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm
💷 £26,000 basic + commission
📍 Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused individual with a passion for property and excellent communication skills? We’re looking for a Sales Progressor to join our clients dynamic team in Stroud.
About the Role:
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be the key link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents, ensuring property sales move smoothly from offer to completion. You’ll play a vital role in keeping clients informed, chasing paperwork, solving problems, and pushing deals over the finish line.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a pipeline of agreed sales through to completion

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders

Provide regular updates and reassurance to buyers and sellers

Identify and resolve issues that could delay or jeopardise a sale

Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and milestones
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or similar

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

A calm, professional manner when dealing with clients under pressure

Team player with a proactive attitude
