Sales Negotiator – Bournemouth
£22,000 – £25,000 Basic | OTE £35,000+ | Independent, Forward-Thinking Agency
A friendly and ambitious independent estate agency based in Bournemouth, looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
If you’ve already got some experience in residential sales and want to build your career in a supportive, energetic environment, or if you are someone who is confident at picking up the phone and building new clients and properties as well as face to face sales — this could be the perfect next step.

- £22,000–£25,000 basic salary, depending on experience

What they’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (even if you’re still building confidence) OR Strong sales experience in a corporate environment.
- Great communication and people skills
- Proactive attitude and team player
- Full UK driving licence
You’ll be registering buyers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting the sales process. And you’ll be part of a team that really backs each other.
